Mole Removal
Cosmetic Surgery
Most moles are harmless and don't need to be removed but you do need to be aware that some forms of skin cancer can begin by looking like a mole. If you have a mole that has changed in any way - including size, color, shape - or begins to bleed, see your doctor right away.
How is it done?
Mole removal is usually done with the CO2 laser. The scab will heal within 1 to 2 weeks.
What are the risks?
After removal, moles may leave a scar or re-grow.
